Answer:

the word chocolate being emphasized could mean he really wanted chocolate more than cake. with the word wanted emphasized could mean that he didn't get exactly what he asked for and is saying that's what he asked for, not what they got him or whatever. but with the word and being emphasized could mean he only got one of what he asked for.

I can assume each line is a different word in the sentence underlined. Emphasis on a different word each time read gives the sentence a completely different tone. saying I wanted chocolate and cake with an underlined "I" gives off a 'YOU wanted both and you want it now. ' vibe, meanwhile the same sentence with an underlined "and" gives off the tone of you STRONGLY want both.
