By solve do you mean plot? If so, start by placing a point at (0, -5) this is your y-intercept. Next, go up 1 unit and to the right 2 units. Place a point there. Do this until you run out of space on your coordinate plans to do this. Then start at the y intercept again and do the opposite going down. Down one and to the left 2. Do this until you run out of room again. You have plotted your line.
