Now,

Formula for volume of pyramid =
(Base\ length* Base\ width* Height\ of\ pyramid)/(3)

Volume of pyramid =
(L* W* H)/(3)

Volume of pyramid =
(5* 4* 6)/(3)

Volume of pyramid =
(120)/(3)

Volume of pyramid = 40 sq.cm.

Therefore volume of the shown pyramid is 40 square centimetre.
