y = mx + b

we simply have to rearrange the given equation until it looks like the above

3x-6y>12 (subtract 3x from both sides and rearrange)

-6y > -3x + 12 (divide both sides by 6)

-y > (-3/6)x + (12/6)

-y > -(1/2)x + 2 (multiply both sides by -1, remember to flip the inequality)

y < (1/2)x + 2
