It is doubling but every other number is a negative number. 3X2 is 6. 6X2 is 12 but make it negative. 12X2 is 24. 24X2 is 48 but make it negative. 48X2 is 96 etc. Hope this helped

Why?:
-3*-2=6
6*-2=-12
-12*-2=24
24*-2=-48
-48*-2=96

Therefore, -2 would be the sequence of -3,6,-12,24,-48,96
