Vitamin C, it plays a crucial role in physical development and it produced collagen. Vitamin D, it reduces risk from eclampsia and premature birth. Folic acid, made out of vitamin B, is very important when it comes to B cell production.

2. What foods should women avoid during pregnancy ?

Fish, both raw and undercooked, undercooked or raw meat and eggs, organ meat, caffeine, unwashed foods., high mercury fish, etc. high mercury fish is known to have toxic elements within and it can be found in very polluted water.
