The length of the wire (x) is the hypotenuse of the triangles formed

The formed triangle is a right angle triangle

For 47 degree angle the adjacent side is 200 feet and hypotenuse is x


cos(theta)=(adjacent)/(hypotenuse)


cos(47)=(200)/(x)

Cross multiply it


xcos(47)= 200

divide by cos on both sides


x=(200)/(cos(47))

x=293.25 feet
