Try this option:

1) if A(2;3) and B(-2;0), then x(A)=2; x(B)=-2; y(A)=3 and y(B)=0;

2) according to the condtition (x+3;y-2), then new coordinates are:

x(A)=2+3=5; x(B)=-2+3=1; y(A)=3-2=1 and y(B)=0-3=-3;

3) finally, the required image of the line AB is:

A(5;1) and B(1;-3).

P.S. the new segment line is shown as A'B' in the attached picture.
