We are given,
P_1(x_1,y_1) and
P_2(x_2,y_2) where
P_1(2,2),P_2(0,1).

Using slope formula we obtain

m=\frac{\Delta{y}}{\Delta{x}}=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(1-2)/(0-2)=(-1)/(-2)=\boxed{(1)/(2)}

Hope this helps.
