let make x the input

So, x multipled by - 3/4 will now become - 3/4x.

Then, add 2 & get - 3/4x + 2

To plot it, do y =- 3/4x + 2.

Now you got a linear equation, find the value of y, when x is - 2, - 1,0, 1, 2 for example.

If you can't be bothered to do that, use desmos to see how the line will look like.

Search desmos & press the graphing calculator. Then, type y=-3/4x + 2.

I did that and it's a line across the y-axis at 1.25.

So, you can just draw the line y=1.25 on your graph.
