(1)/(6) .(y-1)>3=>y-1>3.6=18=>y>18+1=19\\

(1)/(6(y-1)) >3=>(1)/(6(y-1)) -3>0=>(1-18(y-1))/(6(y-1)) >0\\=> \left \{ {{1-18(y-1)>0} \atop {6(y-1)>0}} \right. /or/\left \{ {{1-18(y-1)<0} \atop {6(y-1)<0}} \right. \\=>\left \{ {{19-18y>0} \atop {y-1>0}} \right. /or/\left \{ {{19-18y<0} \atop {y-1<0}} \right.\\ =>\left \{ {{y<19/18 } \atop {y>1}} \right. /or/\left \{ {{y>19/18} \atop {y<1}} \right.=>(19)/(18) >y>1

P/s: I don't know exactly the question so i answer in 2 ways =))

ok done. Thank to me :>
