You can graduate with a lower GPA from a high school. You are in a good range right now. (keep it up!) Now if the goal is looking for scholarships for college, it's best to strive high. Your score is already good, but many schools look for stand-out students who have higher then the average good student grade. I noticed that your unweighted gpa is the same. I'd reccomend, if possible, to try and take some AP classes, or classes with higher credits in order to up the grade. Again though, it's a good GPA so far.
