We can use the power equation:

P = (V^2)/(R)

P = Power (W)
V = Potential Difference (V)
R = Resistance (Ω)

Rearrange to solve for Resistance:

R = (V^2)/(P) = (220^2)/(1477) = \boxed{32.769 \Omega}
