since the equation of perimeter for a rectangle is lengthX2 + widthX2

and the width is given to be 5 1/2y is it? If it is so then the length will be 11y since 2X5 1/2y is 11y

and the perimeter will then be calculated as so;

11yX2 + 5 1/2yX2

so it will be 22y+11y which will give you 33y
