Is a  circle not a parallelogram?

It’s not a parallelogram because it doesn’t have any sides and it’s round, it’s not with diagonal lines.

A parrelogram is a shape with four sides (and something else I forgot). That doesn't matter because a circle doesn't even have sides! Therefore, it's not a parallelogram.
