y = 2/5x

Explanation:

in order to get the y-intercept (b) , the value of x has to be zero. we already have the y-intercept which is zero. so far, the equation looks like this:

y = mx + 0

in order to find the slope, we'll do y2-y1 / x2 - x1:

2-0

5-0

m is 2/5, so the answer is:

y = 2/5x
