a plane intersects the coordinate axes at the point (2,0,0), (0,3,0) and (0.0.4) the obteined point is ax+by+cz+d, find value of d

x/a +y/b +z/c = 1 . . . . . for x, y, z intercepts a, b, c

You have (a, b, c) = (2, 3, 4), so the equation of the plane is ...

x/2 +y/3 +z/4 = 1

Multiplying by 12 gets rid of the fractions and puts the equation in standard form:

6a +4y +3z = 12

The value of d is 12.
