y = -\frac 25 x +1~~~......(i)\\\\\\y = 3x-2~~~......(ii)\\\\\\\text{Substitute}~ y = 3x -2~ \text{in equation (i):}\\\\\\3x -2 = -\frac 25 x +1\\\\\implies 3x + (2x)/(5) = 1 +2\\\\\implies (17x)/(5) = 3\\\\\implies 17x = 15\\\\\implies x = (15)/(17)\\\\\\\text{Substitute}~ x = (15)/(17)~ \text{in equation (ii):}\\\\\\y = 3\cdot (15)/(17) -2 = (45)/(17) - 2 =(11)/(17)\\\\\\\text{Hence,}~~ (x,y)= \left((15)/(17), (11)/(17) \right)
