How to lose weight fast at home hacks. Really wanting to get to my weight goal, but no matter what i do i can't lose weight.... i could really use some pointers

(tried all sorts of diets, including keto, and nothing worked)

As long as you're being healthy, that's great even if you're not loosing weight. But, I know you said you wanted to loose weight so my opinion is to keep a workout routine that you do everyday. I know someone that really wanted to loose weight and they kept a strict workout and they lost plenty!
