Distance of restaurants from both houses are same

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 15x+4=10x+4$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 15x-10x=4-4$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 5x=0$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto x=0$
