the answer is m<= -5 because
-3m - 6.15 >= 8.85
flip the sign and add 6.15 to 8.85
then you are left with -3m <= 15.00
divide -3 from -3m and 15
you get m>= -5
but since you divided by a negative, you need to flip the sign, so
the answer ends up being m<= -5
