(3x+5)/(2x-1) +(7x+3)/(1-2x)=(3x+5)/(2x-1)-(7x+3)/(2x-1) =(-4x+2)/(2x-1)=-2.

this experssion does not depend on x, then for its domain: x∈(-∞;+∞).
