Find the size of the angle for each destination when the data is placed in a pie chart using this equation:

Angle = 360((Frequency)/(Total frequency))

(It is multiplied by 360 as a full circle (the pie chart) is 360 degrees.)

(To find the size of each angle when the data is drawn in a pie chart)

Total frequency = 1080 (sum of all frequencies for each destination)

The answers are as follows:

UK: 57 degrees

360((171)/(1080) ) = 57

Europe: 74 degrees

360((222)/(1080) ) = 74

USA: 78 degrees

360((234)/(1080) ) = 78

Africa: 89 degrees

360((267)/(1080) ) = 89

Other: 62 degrees

360((186)/(1080) ) = 62

To check if the answers are correct, you can find the total sum of the calculated sizes of the angles and check to see if they add up to 360 degrees, but this is an optional step.
