Answer:

P= 3200 cm

Explanation:

Perimeter = 2(l+w)

In this case since the perimeter has to be in centimeters, we have to change the length of the rectangle to centimeter.

12 meter to centimer = 12 x 100 = 1200 cm

2( 1200 +400)

2 (1600)

= 3200 cm
