You can almost immediately eliminate D and C. That leaves A, B, and C. However, since integrated neighborhoods were still not very popular at the time, you can eliminate that choice as well. This eventually leave us with voting rights and jobs, which were exactly opportunities that many African Americans were looking for in the North.
