Answer: the 4th/last option

Explanation:

Y goes up when x goes down or up. When x = 0, y = 2

Step-by-step explanation: I like to have the 3 on the

outside and we can just write it as y = 3|x| + 2.

Now, we know that this is the form y = a|x - h| + k where

(h, k) represents the vertex of the function.

Notice that there is no value of h so we say that h = 0.

In addition, we know that k = 2 so our vertex is (0, 2).

This eliminates the first graph and the third graph.

Since a is positive, our function opens upward.

So graph 4 matches with our equation.
