Answer:

Equation 1: L+M=T

Equation 2: 2M=L

Large Pizzas: 6 pizzas

Medium Pizzas: 3 Pizza

Explanation:

Equation 1 looks like L+M=T where L is large pizza, M is medium pizza and T is Total of pizzas. The second one would look like 2M=L, to represent how twice the amount of medium pizza equal large pizza. If you were using different variables it would look like X+Y=Total, and 2X=Y.
