correct me if i am wrong, but I just learned about this stuff so hopefully this helps. The explicit rule/formula is an = a1 x r^n-1. In this formula, a1 is the first term (60), and r is the common ratio (1/5). Now all that is left to do is to write the equation which would be 60 x 1/5^n-1.
