Mrs. Kwan will teach 8 workshops next week. Each workshop is 2 hours long. Mrs. Kwan tries to tell a joke ever 1/3. How many times will she tell a joke by the end of the last workshop?

Assuming you meant every 1/3 hour, she will tell 48 jokes

1/3 hr = 20 mins

16 hrs = 960 mins

960/20= 48 jokes

You could also take 16 hrs and the 3 from 1/3, 16*3=48
