Number 2 is incorrect :

(-25x^(3)+15x )/(5x) = (-25x^(3))/(5x) + (15x)/(5x) = -5x^(2) + 3

Number 1 :

(-5)^(3) . 13^(-2) . (-5) .13^(9) = -125 . (1)/(13^(2)) .(-5).13^(9) = 625 . (13^(9))/(13^(2)) = 625 . 13^(7) (i dont think we can bare calculate this cause it;s too big ;-;)
