When we have an equilateral triangle, we can deduce that radius of inscribed circle is ,

R = side * sqrt (3) / 6

Here, side is 20 cm.

And distance from center of inscribed circle to side of triangle is nothing but radius of inscribed circle.

So, R = 20 * sqrt (3) / 6 = 20 * 1.73 / 6 = 5.76 cm
