NEED HELP PLS

Use point-slope form to write the equation of a line that passes through the point (-14, -17) with slope 1.​

Answer:

y + 17 = 1 ⋅ ( x + 14 )

Explanation:

Answer:

point-slope form: y-y1=m(x-x1) -> m=slope, (x1, y1) = coordinates of a point

point = (-14,-17) -> x1=-14, y1=-17

slope = 1 -> m=1

y-(-17)=1*(x-(-14)

y+17=1(x+14)

you don't need the *1 but some teachers are picky about that
