$(30)/(4 (1)/(2) ) = \\$

$(30)/( (4 * 2 + 1)/(2) ) = \\$

$(30)/( (9)/(2) ) = \\$

$30 / (9)/(2) = \\$

$30 * (2)/(9) = \\$

$(60)/(9) = \\$

$(3 * 20)/(3 * 3) = \\$

$(20)/(3) = \\$

6.666

Which is unacceptable so we can say at least 6 children got 4½ cm³ milk.
