0.2 or 1/5

Explanation:

We can't multiply fractions with different denominators, so we'll get a common denominator. So we multiply 4 by 4, and get 16.

Then we multiply 1 by 5, and get 5.

Next we give both terms new denominators -- 5 × 4 = 20.

So now our fractions look like this: 16/20 x 5/20 which is 0.2
