Answer:

2y + 2x = 0

Explanation:

First you have to find the slope of the line.

Parallel lines have same slope

2y = -2-2x

y=-1-1x, y=-1x-1

slope = -1

Use point slope formula

y-y=m(x-x)

y-(-9) = -1(x-9)

y+9 = -1(x-9)

y+9 = -1x+9

y = -x

y + x = 0

2y + 2x = 0
