The slope is 1/3.
The point is 1,-4.
If you are wondering how I got the point, I just unsimplified the equation!
From y+4=1/3(x-1).
To y- -4=1/3(x-1).
The original formula is y-y1=m(x-x1). So we know where the y and the x is, and the slope.
Hope this helped!! :)
