(-2,3)

Explanation:

Dont get fooled by the whole equation given to you the main part you should be looking at is (x+2) and (y-3) this gives you the answer for the x coordinate and y coordinate.

x+2 = 0

x = -2

y-3 = 0

y = 3

So now you have both coordinates x and y which is (-2,3)
