Hey, so you use y= y2-y1/ x2-x1
y= 4-(-5)/-1-2
y= 9/-3
y= -3
Therefore, the slope of the line is y=-3

-3 because 4- -5 is 9 and -1 -2 is -3 and if you put 9/-3 you get -3/1 and -3/1 simplified is -3
