Given -

A parallelogram with sides G, H, I and J in which GH = IJ and GJ = HI.

To prove -

J, H, G ≅ H, J, I

Proof -

In ∆ JHG and ∆ HJI,

GH = IJ (S)

GJ = HI (S)

JH = JH (common) (S)

J, H, G ≅ H, J, I (SSS congruency rule)
