Hello!

First, let's write our equation in point-slope form.

Point-Slope Form:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y1= the y-coordinate of the point

m=the slope

x=the x-coordinate of the point

y-2=1/3(x-(-5)

y-2=1/3(x+5)

y-2=1/3x+5/3

y=1/3x+5/3+2

y=1/3x+3.7

Hope it helps.
