So the square root(x) is between 9 and 10 if x is between 81 and 100.

Here are examples:

sqrt(82)

sqrt(99)

sqrt(99.6)

So again the answer is just anything in form sqrt(x) where x is between 81 and 100. The reasoning is because sqrt(81)=9 and sqrt(100)=10 which puts the values we stated between those values.
