(b) {2}^(b) = (1)/(128) \\ = > {2}^(b) = ((1)/(2) ) ^(7) \\ = > {2}^(b) = {2}^( - 7) \\ = > b = - 7


(c) {9}^(c) = 243 \\ = > {3}^(2 * c) = {3}^(5) \\ = > {3}^(2c) = {3}^(5) \\ = > 2c = 5 \\ = > c = (5)/(2) \\ = > c = 2.5


(d) {10}^(d) = 0.01 \\ = > {10}^(d) = (1)/(100) \\ = > {10}^(d) =( (1)/(10) ) ^(2) \\ = > {10}^(d) = {10}^( - 2) \\ = > d = - 2
