Circumfrance = 53

area = 227

Explanation:

π is equal to 3.14

Circumfrance = 8.5*2*π

So 8.5 * 2 is 17 times π is 53.38

round to nearest whole number is 53

area is π * radius squared so

8.5 * 8.5 =72.25

* π is 226.865

round to the nearest whole number is 227
