The perimeter of a playing field for a certain sport is 168 ft. The field is a​ rectangle, and the length is 44 ft longer than the width. Find the dimensions.

length would be 52 and width would be 32 because 168 divided by 2 = 84
then you would subtract half of 40 (because 40 is the difference) so 84-20=64 then you add the 20 to the other 84 and get 104 then divide those both in half and get your length and width
