According to Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation, an object with mass has a gravitational field. If you go to NYC and walk by the Empire State Building, why are you not pulled into it's gravitational field?.

The reason for this is because the gravitational field exerted by the ESB, despite its “largeness”, is extremely small. It would be literally impossible for your body to feel or respond to the force exerted between you and the field from the ESB because it’s so tiny.

Hope this helps!
