Explanation:

times 2 both sides

7x+6<=6x+4

minus 6x both sides

x+6<=4

minus 6 both sides

x<=-2

becuase x is less or equal than -2 it must be x=-3 and x=-2

(i don’t think my device has equal or less sign)
