Answer: If the President vetoes a bill, It will go through to the Congress and they may attempt to override the veto. If both the Senate and the House pass the bill by a two-thirds majority, the President's veto is overruled, and the bill becomes a law.

Explanation: That is why the president doesn't have all the authority to choose if it weren't for the other houses
