In your own words, explain the stop motion technique used for film making. (2) What movie have you seen that have used stop motion or have been influenced by stop motion and why?

The stop motion technique is when you use objects to take photos of individual frames while moving them around in between. An example/ movie would be The Nightmare Before Christmas. It was rare as the number of frames filled in for over an hour of screen time.
