Could a man with type B blood and a woman with type AB produce a child with type O blood? Explain your answer.

No, under normal Mendelian mathematics. There is a rare translocation mutation that has put AB on one DNA STRAND where the other DNA Chain carries the O gene. Called a Cis - AB. That is very rare.
