Call 911, always make that the first thing you do. if you can access a person in need of assistance you should try and help but do not do anything you don’t know how to do to be careful of furthering any injuries. If you witnessed the crash you should definitely stay as well!! it’s just proper etiquette and will help the police to get a sense of what happened.

Call 911 seems appropriate, don't you think. By law, you must call the police to the scene of a crash if anyone has been seriously injured or killed. You should also call the police if you suspect any of the drivers involved in the accident are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
